At Mel Botanicals, every order is carefully prepared and packed with attention before it makes its way to you. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to make this process as simple and transparent as possible.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

Cancellation Confirmation

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review the status of your order.

If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation request will be accepted and you will receive a confirmation from our team.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically confirm cancellation. The cancellation is considered successful only after it has been reviewed and accepted by our team.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders where the cancellation has been successfully accepted, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.

The refund will be processed within 5 working days from the date the cancellation is approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after it has been processed from our end.

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

Once an order has been shipped and has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you submit a cancellation request after the order has already been dispatched, our customer support team will get in touch with you to understand the situation and help identify the best possible solution, wherever feasible.

Please note that a solution in such cases will depend on the order and delivery status and does not guarantee cancellation or refund.
